Are you Pet Friendly?

Is the pool heated?

No, our pool is not heated. The temperature in Marathon is very warm and mild year-round, which makes this unnecessary as our pool gets direct sunlight for most of the day.

Are guests limited to one parking space?

Yes. Our guests are allotted one parking space per room. Please plan accordingly, as we are not able to accommodate additional vehicles.

Do you still offer complimentary breakfast?

No.

How big of a boat can be docked?

The largest boat we can accommodate is a 25ft boat.

Does a guest have to book a canal front room to use the dock?

We have a few additional slips for our guests who book our other rooms.

Is there a fee to dock?

Yes, the fee is $75 per day.

Is the boat ramp and dock private to Coconut Cay guests only?

Yes, the boat ramp and dock space is only for our registered guests.

Is there parking available for boat trailers?

Yes.

Do you have any wheelchair accessible rooms?

We do not have any wheelchair accessible rooms.

Do you offer Group Bookings?
