All guests staying at Coconut Cay Resort have FREE access to kayaks, bicycles, fishing rods, paddleboards, Wi-Fi and the hotel's large fantastic swimming pool.

Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy 2 adults; children under 13 years of age stay free; maximum occupancy is 4 persons per room. Additional person fee of $10.00 per person, per night will apply accordingly.

Resort Fees: There will be a $5.00 per day resort fee applied to each room. This will allow us to continue to maintain and improve our amenities Kayaks, Canoe, Paddleboards, Bicycles, Fishing poles, Pool services, BBQ grills, WIFI, Coffee, and Tea. Bring your photo ID to the front desk and check-out the amenity of choice.

Pets: Pets are welcome in most rooms with a fee of $20 per Pet/per night. All pets must be on a leash, always pick-up after your pet. All guests must sign our Pet Policy Form at the time of check-in. Please note there will be a charge for any damages or clean up due to your pet.

Boat Dockage: All Dockside rooms include boat dockage up to 25ft; all Non-Dockside rooms will be charged $20.00 per night, plus tax, TRAILERS are to be parked off property back storage area only with boat decal provided by our office.

Swimming Pool: is open 24 hours for your enjoyment. We ask that you keep noise levels down after 10:00 pm ABSOLUTLY no glass bottles and no pets allowed in the pool deck area.

Pool Towels Hair Dryers, Irons w/boards are available at the front desk please note a $10.00 refundable deposit per item and or towels will be applied to your room account until the towels are return to the FRONT DESK failure to do so will result in loss of deposits.

Fisherman: Please do not clean fish in your rooms, use the fish cleaning table located near the boat ramp and most important use outdoor Trash Receptacles which are located on the dock and throughout the property.

Parking : Limited to 1 (one) parking space per room; no parking on grass area and please be careful when driving through the property we often have small children on premises

Cancellation Policy: Early Departures will forfeit same day and or night fees. No exceptions. Cancellation or changes must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. A $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and or $50.00 for the Coral Cove Home.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.

We are minutes away from Sombrero Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, the Historic 7 Mile Bridge & Pigeon Key Historic Site and Museums of Crane Point Hammock & fine dining.
